“JESUS BREAKS THE CHAINS”
PSALM 107:10-16
Some sat in darkness, in utter darkness, prisoners suffering in iron chains, because they rebelled against God’s commands and despised the plans of the Most-High. So, He subjected them to bitter labor; they stumbled, and there was no one to help. Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them from their distress. He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains. Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and His wonderful deeds for mankind, for He breaks down gates of bronze and cuts through bars of iron.

Sons & Daughters of Thunder Ministries founded by Evangelist Michael Bowen is active in Evangelism, Prison Ministry, Deliverance Ministry, Addiction Counseling, Mentorship and has plans for a Spirit-Filled Transitional Housing and Discipleship Program in Central Texas USA.
Sons & Daughters of Thunder Ministries has also begun a work to help the country of Liberia with its drug addiction problem. We have formed a Liberian NGO, not-for-profit organization called Liberation Center Liberia. This ministry is focused and active in establishing and constructing rehabilitation centers and discipleship programs for the despised, hurt, broken and addicted people who are referred to as “Zogos”. These are the former child soldiers and disadvantaged youth in Liberia. Liberation Center Liberia drug rehabilitation and discipleship homes are named “Thunder House” because we are taking drug addicted men, women and disadvantaged youth and teaching them to become fearless disciples of Jesus Christ, Sons & Daughters of Thunder (Mark 3:17). We have already constructed and opened Thunder Houses for Men and Women and have plans to construct the first ever of its kind, Thunder House for Juvenile Boys that will be a diversionary program for disadvantaged male youth, instead of them having to go to prison with the adults. Sons & Daughters of Thunder Ministries will also be planting a church in Liberia to support and help disciple the men and women in our programs and the community where the church will be located.
Sons & Daughters of Thunder Ministries mission team will continue travelling to Liberia and other African countries as the Lord leads and will be evangelizing, making disciples, baptizing, directing deliverance and healing crusades, helping with education projects, visiting prisons, feeding the poor and engaging in intercessory prayer for the people in the areas we visit.
